  • Is Angel’s Duct Cleaning certified for furnaces?

    Yes, all of our technicians are certified by the EPA and NAPCA for furnaces.

  • Does my furnace have to be turned off during a service call by Angel’s Duct Cleaning?

    Yes, for safety reasons, your furnace will be turned off while we clean the ducts.

  • How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?

    Angel’s Duct Cleaning recommends dryer vends be cleaned every year. 

  • Do I have to be in the house during Angel’s Duct Cleaning’s service call?

    It’s perfectly fine that you are present while we work.

  • How long will Angel’s Duct Cleaning’s service call take?

    Our dryer vent cleaning services take about 30 minutes. Our air duct cleaning takes about 2 hours.

  • Is my house going to get dusty from the duct cleaning process by Angel’s Duct Cleaning?

    No. We take precautions to keep dust from spreading throughout your home while we’re working. 

  • Can I work from home while Angel’s Duct Cleaning works?

    Yes, you may work at home while we’re performing our cleaning services there.

  • What type of payments does Angel’s Duct Cleaning accept?

    We are happy to accept major credit cards, cash, and checks as payment. 

  • Before Angel’s Duct Cleaning arrives, should I move any furniture near the air vents?

    Yes. We ask that – before we arrive – you please move any furniture that currently sits next to air vents. 

  • Why is it a good ideal to have my air ducts cleaned?
